Insoles
Start with the shoes you plan to wear. Check the insole length, thickness and size range on the product page, and whether your shoes have enough room. Only trim an insole if its instructions say it can be trimmed.
Knee supports

Neck pillows

A wearable belt and a lumbar cushion are different products. Think about when and where you intend to use it, then check the measurements, adjustability and fitting instructions.
